    Humba is actually a Visayan style of adobo where it uses banana blooms and star anise that creates a deeper flavor. Usually, Humba is created with braised pork belly that includes parts of fat.

    As you can see in the picture, Vraja’s humba recreates the same exact texture. While we’re not sure what it’s made of, what were sure of is that it simulates the chewiness and experience of actual meat – while not tasting like meat.

Wildbreads had taken a simple classic like the Margherita pizza and elevated it to a whole new level. The store’s dedication to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and its commitment to crafting each pizza by hand was evident in every bite.

    I personally liked how the crust was neither too thick nor too thin, and the sauce-to-cheese ratio was spot on. The basil added a fresh pop of flavor that took the pizza to the next level. It was clear that each ingredient had been carefully chosen and thoughtfully prepared.
