    Humba is actually a Visayan style of adobo where it uses banana blooms and star anise that creates a deeper flavor. Usually, Humba is created with braised pork belly that includes parts of fat.

    As you can see in the picture, Vraja’s humba recreates the same exact texture. While we’re not sure what it’s made of, what were sure of is that it simulates the chewiness and experience of actual meat – while not tasting like meat.

    ✨ I highly recommend their papadom, a thin and crispy Indian wafer that is typically served as a side dish or appetizer. Because truth is, for such measly price you get a really big wafer!
